The hotel complex Saint Kliment is situated in a village, only 23km from VARNA and 16km from the sea resorts of Albena and Golden Sands with a magnificent sea view. It is established that the air is exceptionally favorable for the asthmatics. The hotel is long-term rented for 3 years of foreign tourist company or foreign tourists. This is a new built complex which includes three-storey hotel part with disposition: 2 apartments with 4 beds and 5 double rooms. Each of the room is equipped with bathroom and WC, heating, telephone, sun collectors for warm water, satellite television and spacious terraces with view to the sea resort of Albena. In the hotel part is situated a cosy restaurant with 30 seats, equipped with unique bar and a big fire-place. There is set up a hall for quite games like billiard, cheese, playing cards or table-tennis in proximity to the restaurant. For sake of convenience of the guests is provided a room for body building with a separate bathroom and sauna. The complex disposes and with conference hall and foreseen premise for a consulting room. On the ground floor is situated working shop with various food goods. The degree of completeness of the hotel complex according to the Bulgarian State Standards is with flooring from Spanish terracotta, fine ground coat of the hotel part, bathrooms and toilets - Spanish terracotta and faience. It is built a big garage and inside parking for 10 automobiles average. The park part of the hotel complex is very attractive with original architectural intention (perfectly arranged garden with decorative trees, bushes and floors with a fountain). There are built alleys and gardens with average area at about 1200 m2, arranged fruit orchard above 1200 m2, which is with fruits and a big vegetable garden, agricultural buildings for breeding of rabbits or other different kinds of animals (average area of the plot 5500 m2). This makes the building especially suitable for developing of eco, hunting and rural tourism. In the park part there are finishing open barbeque bar and two open pools - for adults and children. Besides the hotel part in the complex is built and residential part which could be used as an additional equipment (1 apartment with 4 beds and 2 double rooms). The enormous terrace - 29 m2 with a sea panorama and wonderful view to the sea resort of Albena, is a prerequisite for relaxation among the calmness and the healthy air of this beautiful Bulgarian village.
