This house presented here is situated in a small and cozy village which is situated at the foot of Sredna Gora Mountain. The village itself stands only 38 km away from the town of Stara Zagora. It is an important centre of economic, political and cultural life and it is one of the most modern contemporary cities in Bulgaria. The town of Plovdiv is 70 km away from the village. It is the second largest city in Bulgaria, famous for its cultural traditions and ancient history. The property includes one storied house with accommodation of 80 sq. m., a parking lot, a garage and a well sized garden of 1350 sq. m.
