It is a calm village between two mountains, only 12 km of the town of Kazanlak – the center of the famous wonderful valley of roses, and only 48km to the city of Stara Zagora. There is a big dam at 20 km, so it’s suitable for fishing and hunting in the forests of Stara Planina mountain and Sredna Gora mountain. The house is in the end of the village, on a hill and from there you can enjoy really a splendid view! It’s not finished, new three-storey house: 1st floor - 3 rooms, bathroom and toilet, and a garage. 2nd floor – 3 rooms, bathroom and toilet There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house. The garden is 1720 sq.m. full of green grass and there are some fruit trees near the border. There is a really wonderful nature all around and in the area there are good communications.
