It is a calm village between two mountains, only 15km of the town of Kazanlak – the center of the famous wonderful valley of roses, and only 50km to the city of Stara Zagora. There is a big dam at 20 km, so it’s suitable for fishing and hunting in the forests of Stara Planina mountain and Sredna Gora mountain. It’s two-storey house: 1st floor – 2 rooms, the walls are plastered, window woodwork and wooden floor. There is a new additional building with a room and a bathroom and toilet. 2nd floor – 2 rooms, the walls are plastered, window woodwork and wooden floor. There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank. There are a lot of greenery and fruit trees in the garden which is 480 sq.m. There is a really wonderful nature all around the village. The house needs repairs and it’s the reason of too low price! We sincerely recommend purchase without any loss a time!
