An exceptional offer! A small and quiet village at the heart of the nature – in the south slopes of the splendid Rodopi Mountains. It’s only 35km from the town of Smolyan and 33 km. from the famous ski resort of Pamporovo and 103km from the city of Plovdiv. There is a river passing by the village, so it’s suitable for fishing and hunting in the woods around. It is a stone solid two-storey house with incredibly beautiful view: 1st floor – a room and, big niche and a balcony. There is also a garage and a big room under it. We sincerely recommend purchase because the house is very solid – it’s made entire by stones and it needs only refreshment inside. There is an asphalt road to the house and it’s accessible in winter. And the most precious – it’s the beautiful view and nature, the fresh air and the healthy force of the mountain! All this make the property a really worthy purchase, so don’t hesitate!
