The plot of land spreads over 5200 sq. m. and it is situated on a small hill from where the whole village can be seen. The plot is overgrown with bushes and the trees and it needs to be cleaned. However, this is not a problem at all- what is more important is that a building permission is obtained and that the flat terrain allows for a house to be built on it.
