This traditional rural house is located in the centre of a picturesque village in an area, which is a great combination of valley and mountain. There are only 2 km to a nice balneological resort which gives you the chance to take advantage of the offered curative treatments whenever you wish. The Trakia Motorway is only about 30 km away. The closest town to the village is the town of Panagyurishte, which is only 7 km away. The town is primarily known for being the center of the April Uprising against the Ottoman rule in Bulgaria in 1876. It was capital of the Forth Revolutionary District which was the main centre of the rebellion. The uprising was bloodily suppressed after 10 days of declared freedom, and the town was burnt down and almost completely destroyed by the Ottoman Turks. There are several places of interest in the vicinity of the town. The resort village Panagyurski kolonii, literally "the colony of Panagyurishte" is located 15 km north of the town. It is very popular with the local population, as many of the citizens have summer houses there. There is a ski run and dense beech forests rich in different species of berries and mushrooms. At 6 km to the east is the famous Oborishte locality where the plan of the April uprising was discussed and accepted by delegates from all over the province. Today there is a monument there which is popular tourist attraction. The house itself, located on the corner of two asphalted streets in the village, offers 55 sq. m of living area. Its single floor has three rooms, hallway, larder, and glazed entrance area. There is a large cellar underneath. The house is plastered outside and next to it a summer kitchen is attached, including a large room with niche, a wash-basin, a larder and glazed entrance. The house is built of bricks and trimmer joists in the year of 1965 and has a recently repaired ridge of the roof and sewage. It is offered with the furniture. The garden abundant in fruit trees and trellis vines has a size of 500 sq. m. Some farm buildings and a garage are situated there, too. There is also a buried well which, however, can be easily recovered. We recommend purchase because of the attractive location and the low price of the property. Do not hesitate!
