An incredible offer! A nice and calm village hidden in the forests, only 20 km from the town of Berkovitsa and 90 km from the capital Sofia and only 7 km from the mountain resort of Varshetz – with its fresh air. There is a dam near the village and a river, so it’s suitable for fishing and hunting in the forests. It is two-storey house in the end of the village with a river passing by the property and a splendid view of the forest hills: 1st floor - 2 rooms. The walls are plastered; the windows are woodwork. 2nd floor – 3 rooms, plastered walls, windows woodwork, wooden floor. The house is with electricity, running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank. The toilet is outside the house but you can get it inside. A phone-line is available. The road is accessible in winter. The garden is 1800sq.m. There are some fruit trees and it’s full of greenery. The house needs some repairs and refreshment but it’s very solid – the foundations and the first floor are made by stones. We sincerely recommend purchase because the incredibly beautiful nature in the region, the good location of the house with the river passing only 10 m of it and the low price of the house! So – do not hesitate – it’s really un incredible offer!
