An advantageous offer! The village is hidden in the forests, only 25 km from the town of Berkovitsa and 90 km from the capital Sofia and only 11 km from the mountain resort of Varshetz – with its fresh air. There is a dam near the village and a river, so it’s suitable for fishing and hunting in the forests. It is one-storey house, with a splendid view of the forest hills and the river passing by the village: There are 4 rooms; three of them are with wooden floor. The walls are plastered, the windows are woodwork. The house is with electricity, running water outside the house, a sewage. The toilet is outside the house but you can get it inside. A phone-line is not available but it’s easy to get connected. There is also an additional agricultural building and a parking. The road is accessible in winter. The garden is 312sq.m. There is a wonderful trellis vine around the house, a vineyard and several fruit trees. The house needs some repairs and refreshment.
