This old one-storey house is located 55km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali. It consists of 3 rooms and a hall with stone walls, wooden flooring and wooden window frames. There is a cellar of 5sq.m as well. Situated over 60sq.m of living area and 700sq.m garden the house provides amazing views towards the mountains and the white waters of Arda river. The road leading to the property is a 8 km dirt one. As the house is built in 1912 it needs total repairs. There are no septic tank, toilet, running water and electricity but they can be reconnected when the house is refurbished. About 15 friendly people are living in the village. There are no local shops and no regular bus transport but once a week a mobile shop brings goods to the village. The advantages of this property are the beautiful nature around, Arda river which is only 5km away and the amazing Devil’s bridge, which is an excellent place for picnics. Another attractive point is the remains of the Medieval fortress KRIVUS, which are located at a river meander 4 kilometers away. The area is also appropriate for fishing, swimming, hunting, walking, etc. If you are looking for a quiet place for relaxation go forward and try the rural life in the Rodophy Mountains.
