This charming one-storey villa is located 30km away from the town of Kardjali. Built in 1985 the house is situated over 30sq.m of living area and provides some 500sq.m of a small garden. An external staircase leads to the house, which comprises of 2 rooms, kitchenette and a hall with concrete flooring, brick walls and wooden window frames. There are no toilet and bathroom inside but it is easy to be built. The property is electricity and running water supplied. An external toilet and a septic tank are provided. Telephone line can be connected upon request to the telecom. The house needs a slight repair work - the wooden window frames need to be changed and the paint needs to be renewed. An additional building of 15sq.m is also available, where there is a space for 2 rooms, which can be transformed into a summer kitchen or a guest house. An asphalt road leads to the property, which is in semi rural location on the edge of the village. An amazing view towards the mountains and the river of Vurbica opens in the front of your eyes. The area is appropriate for fishing, hunting, rural tourism and mountaineering. The Greece border is only 10km away, which is also a good privilege. Regular bus transport is servicing the village where there are local shops, school, cafй, police station, medical centre and fire station. The population is about 500 people. The neighbors are very nice and friendly.
