This house is situated in a picturesque area, high in the Rhodopy Mountains and 70km away from the town of Kardjali. It is two-storey stone house, built in 1970 over 110sq.m of living area and a garden of 1000sq.m. The ground floor consists of 3 rooms with concrete flooring, stone walls, wooden window frames and a hall. The upper floor is with wooden flooring and is situated by the same way. There is a garage for one car; a cellar of 10sq.m and an additional building of 25sq.m, which can be used like a summer kitchen, guest house, gym room and etc. The house is supplied with electricity. There is a well in the yard, which is 20km away from the property. A new septic tank, bathroom and a toilet is required to be built. The house needs a slight repair work (the rooms and the roof-tiles). The population of the village is about 10 people. Regular bus transport is servicing the village. There are no local shops but the town of Krumovgrad is only few kilometers away, where you can find all the necessary amenities. An asphalt road leads to the property, which makes it reachable throughout the year. The view is amazing and the nature is lovely.
