The property presented here is located at the middle of a small and charming hamlet high in Rhodopy mountains, some 70 km. west of Kardjali town. The property consisits of a two-story house with living area of 55 sq.m and a garden spread on 1000 sq.m. Ground floor: It consists of two (2) well-sized rooms. First floor: three (3) rooms with wooden window frames and a foyer. The floorings are wooden and have to be replaced with new ones. The historical site "Devil's Bridge" is located 2 km away from the village. The bridge is constructed in the 16th century over the white waters of Arda river. The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet, rich in floora & fauna and is suitable for hunting, fishing, mountaineering, extreme water sports and rural tourism.
