This two-storey stone house is located in a peaceful village 35km. away from town of Kardjali and 40km. from the administrative town of Haskovo. The village is close to the big dam Studen kladenec and Arda river, which are only 5km. away from it. The property is situated in the center of the village on top of the hill. The house is with living area of 80sq.m., built on one storey. The garden is with size of 300sq.m. and there is an outbuilding of 60sq.m. The house consists of 3 rooms, based on concrete flooring with white-washed walls made of stone. The windows are with wooden frames. Also there is a cellar of 20sq.m. The property is electricity and running water (in and outside) supplied and a septic tank. No bathroom or toilet. The road to the house is asphalt, reachable in the winter times.
