This property is situated 30km away from the town of Kardjali and 8km away from the small municipality town - Djebel. The real estate is disposed at the end of the village, which is small and quiet. The property which was built in 1989 consists of a one-storey house with 100sq.m of living area and a garden spread over the area of 1000sq.m. The distance to Pamporovo ski resort is 130km; Sunny Beach is located 300 km away.
