House: Typical Bulgarian house supplied with electricity inside and running water inside and outside. The house has a nice view and is in relatively good condition. This beautiful house is situated in a quiet village with about 550 inhabitants and it offers lovely view towards the neighbouring hills and houses. The village is medium-sized, quiet and peaceful. The road to the property is asphalt except for the last 15 metres which are not paved but still accessible even in winter. There is a parking place for a car in the yard.
