The property is situated at the foot of Stara Planina and it offers lovely view towards the mountain. It consists of a restaurant and a personnel part with separate entrances. The design of the restaurant is unique (a real flight of imagination) and bears the atmosphere of an old castle. Built in 2004 it is really modern and convenient. Besides, there are about 90 seats inside, and almost the same number outside the restaurant (around the swimming pool and the children's playground). It is divided into two parts - one for smokers and one for non-smokers. The restaurant is vast and beautifully decorated - the colours and the antique objects match perfectly the atmosphere. Everything inside is stone (floor, walls) or wood (doors, tables, benches). The personnel part of the restaurant consists of an unfinished room with 12 seats, a kitchen, a barbeque, an antique oven, a small room for washing dishes, a big room for the waitresses, a store and a bar. The kitchen is not spacious, but it is convenient and the utilities are arranged comfortably. There are two toilets - one outside the restaurant for visitors and another one belonging to the office premises, both in very good condition with nice terracotta tiles. There is a separate office for the manager with a toilet and a bathroom equipment inside. There is a parking place, a small swimming pool, a children's playground, a turret and a flower garden outside. The whole property is in good condition and no repair works are necessary. Most of the houses in the village are very beautiful. The village is quiet and ideal for rest and clean-air vacation. The road is asphalt and it is accessible in winter.
