The village is situated in one of the most beautiful regions in Bulgaria, on the sea, 5 km away from the town of Kavarna and 30 from the most famous beach resort on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast – Golden Sands. This region is mostly preferred for its location and natural riches, but also for its tranquility and calmness. It is very appropriate for vacations and seclusion. This plot of land is situated in the end of the village on a valley, with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It doesn’t have electricity and running water, but it is easy to be installed.
