A very advantageous offer! It’s a nice and quiet village, hidden in the slopes of Pirin mountain. It’s only 5km of the town of Razlog and only 10 km from the famous ski resort of Bansko. There is a river passing by the village, so it’s suitable for fishing and hunting in the forests. It’s two-storey house, almost in the center of the village and with a nice view of the mountain: 1st floor – there are 3 rooms and a kitchen. The walls are plastered, windows woodwork, wooden floor. Internal wooden stairs for the second floor. 2nd floor – 4 rooms and an entrance hall. Plastered walls, windows woodwork, wooden floor. There is electricity, running water inside and outside the house, a sewage. The toilet and the bathroom are outside the house but you can get them inside. A phone-line is not available but it’s easy to get connected. There is a basement of 20sq.m. and an additional agricultural building. The garden is 450sq.m. with several fruit trees. The house needs to be plastered outside and refreshment but it’s very solid – its foundations are made by stones and the house is really big. We sincerely recommend purchase because the location of the house is very good and it’s very big; it’s too near to Bansko and the region is with an exceptionally beautiful nature, fresh air and the people are too friendly! So – don’t hesitate!
